DISCLAIMER, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT: This throttle pedal extension (the “Product”) has NOT been approved by nor does it comply with any requirements of National Highway Traffic Safety Administration nor any state or federal Department of Transportation. This Product is intended for Off Road Use Only and may alter, disable or diminish the safety features of your vehicle. The installation of the Product directly affects and alters control pedal positions and can affect the driver’s ability to brake, accelerate and safely stop the vehicle which could result in engine overrev and damage, crash, injury or even death of the operator or others. By installing this Product, or having it installed, you are expressly agreeing to all terms set forth herein and assuming all risks of danger and any other risk, known and unknown, which may result from the installation, use and or mis-use of this Product. Furthermore, Purchaser expressly agrees to indemnify and hold Collins Racing Products, LLC and any of its members, owners, employees, agents or affiliates harmless of any damage resulting from any claim made asserting the product has caused or contributed in any way to the cause of damage to the operator or others. Such indemnification shall include, but not be limited to, the costs of any response to, or defense of, any actions, claims or threats of an action or claim brought by anyone as a result of the purchase, installation or use of this Product by counsel of Collins Racing Products, LLC’s choice together with any resulting damages, settlement amounts, judgment amounts or expenses. Purchaser further expressly agrees and consents to jurisdiction to the Court sitting in Greene County, Missouri and waives any potential defenses to that venue for all legal disputes as well as the jurisdiction of those Courts to hear such matters. The parties expressly agree that Collins Racing Products, LLC would not sell the Product to Purchaser but for the agreements and obligations set forth herein and that Collins Racing Products, LLC’s agreement to sell the Product to Purchaser is sufficient consideration for the agreements contained herein. If any portion of this Disclaimer, Assumption of Risk, Indemnification Agreement or any other aspect of the terms set forth herein is in any way not expressly agreed to and accepted by Purchaser then Purchaser shall immediately return the Product and Collins Racing Products, LLC will issue a full refund of Purchasers original total purchase price.

RETURN POLICY: If Purchaser is not completely satisfied with the throttle pedal extension (the “Product”), the Purchaser shall notify Collins Racing Products, LLC of its intention to return within TEN (10) Days of Purchaser’s receipt of the Product. Once notified, Collins Racing Products, LLC will issue a Return Authorization Number to Purchaser. Purchaser shall send the Product back to Collins Racing Products, LLC at Purchaser’s expense, upon receipt of the Returned Product, Collins Racing Products, LLC will issue a full refund of the original purchase price of the Product (not including any shipping charges).
